Well the guy who was in the Children in Need clip was David Morrissey. If he is the new Doctor I think he could do a good job to be honest. He's a good actor; the last thing I saw him in was the BBC's version of Sense and Sensibility last New Year and I thought he did a good job in that.
Obviously its going to be hard to replace David Tennant but once a few episodes with the new Doctor are broadcast then I doubt anyone will have any major issues with him. I remember when David Tennant first started everyone thought he was too weird and preferred Christopher Eccleston but now everyone loves him!
Yeah, but Eccleston was only there for one series, David's been for three, so I don't know. I just want to know who it's going to be.

It's going to be really hard for me to accept whoever the new Doctor is, good actor or not.
I'm going to be really stubborn about it and it's probably going to be a while before I can give in and accept it.
I shall live off reruns starring David Tennant.
Because I'm stubborn like that.

Well, apparently NME started a petition for Noel Fielding to be the next Doctor.
Not that it would, but if it did get through, I'm not sure if it'd be amazing or a disaster...
