What is this really about?
Is it good?
As good as Twilight?
Just give me a summary of it please.
Descriptive but not like overload like my brain's gonna explode......

its pretty much somewhat like twilight except its about aliens :] it has the same forbidden love concept and a bunch of characters that go along with it, its hard to get into it at first because your confused as helllll, i know i was. but after about 70 pages or so you get the hang of it. and its amazzzzingggg. i want the second one if there is such a thing. i DEFF. recomend you read it :] and if you have any questions about it in the beginning you can ask me loll
It is such a great book!! I haven't really read much sci-fi before but this has gotten me interested. In some ways it is better than twilight, I still love twilight more.....but the writing and natural story progression is better. If you can be patient for a little bit you really will probably enjoy it a lot!! I seriously hope she continues it. From what I understand she is going to with at least one more book....Stephanie Meyer has said she has a hard time leaving her characters alone....she feeels as if they are alive..

The next one will be about the soul.

I really liked the Host. It was sorta confusing, but the more you read the more you understand it. It is really a good book to read and + stephenie meyers wrote it!

The book is sci-fi, but in reality, it explores human nature. Would we be better off if an alien race that was peaceful took over the planet? Are we too violent and uncaring? Who is worse, voilent humans or peaceful aliens that annihilate an entire species without weapons?
I thought SM's writing was so good in this book - more mature, more experienced. I highly recommend it.
There is no Edward (which we all miss... ) - but the characters are great - gotta love Jared and Ian.

I really liked the book. My friend kept bugging me about reading it and once I started it, it took about a week to get to the good part of the book. The begining was soooooooo confusing! But in the end, it pays of. ;)
